Key Responsibilities:
- Manage surface land rights and interests for clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for land acquisition and development.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documentation to support land acquisition and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in surface land administration, land management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of surface land procedures, relevant legislation, and regulations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skills and ability to integrate new software into daily workflows.
- Experience in a billable time environment, with a preference for land broker experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
