We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Pizzeria Antico. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Clean kitchen and work areas.
- Ensure food safety and handling practices are followed at all times.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
