About The Longhorn Saloon

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant and bar, seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook at The Longhorn Saloon, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
