Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and that revenue targets are met.
    • Monitor sales and inventory levels, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety practices.
