Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Koh-I-Noor Indian Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen and service staff are well-coordinated and efficient.

Supervise and Train Staff

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.

Reporting

Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment

5-10 people
