About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Dépanneur Lemoyne. As a key member of our retail store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Cash Handling and Sales: Manage cash transactions, process sales, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory and Stock Control: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed attractively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
