Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Dépanneur Lemoyne. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cashiers and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
  • Merchandise and Sales: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to meet sales goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
