As a key member of our team, you will partner with top companies to drive digital transformation and tackle complex issues.

Your impact:

Reporting to the Manager, Renewals, this role focuses on relationship management, selling the value of OpenText Maintenance and Support Programs, and driving retention and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional service by reaching out to customers via phone and building strong relationships.
  • Consulting with internal sales teams to prepare renewal quotes and negotiate with customers.
  • Maintaining and updating reporting systems to provide accurate forecasts.
  • Cultivating strong business relationships with Account Executives and other stakeholders.
  • Developing lead generation and pipeline through innovation and customer insight.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor for customers and cultivating mutual value.
  • Utilizing departmental standard operating procedures to bring renewal contracts in at full value and on time.
  • Taking ownership of contracts and demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Reviewing and processing incoming purchase orders and payments with high attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in sales, lead generation, or renewals.
  • University/College degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions.
  • Strong desire to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with a dynamic team.
  • Goal-oriented, positive, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
