Join Purolator's team as a Customer Service Representative and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Purolator, providing top-notch service to customers through various channels. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering inquiries, and up-selling/cross-selling corporate products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve customers in a courteous and efficient manner on the telephone and in person
  • Upsell and cross-sell corporate products and services
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries
  • Work to resolve problem shipments
  • Collaborate with Head Office, local management, Drivers, warehousing staff, account managers, and other Corporate partners to ensure excellence in customer service
  • Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and key contacts
  • Assist customers with shipping details and account challenges
  • Load, scan, log, and call resolution freight
  • Cash reconciliation, including deposits and key control
  • Communicate effectively with customers and key partners
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Ability to lift 70lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals
  • Professional communication skills, including oral and written communication
  • Proven track record of personal responsibility and accountability
