Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Westman Facility Services. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning tasks are completed on time.
- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide basic information on facilities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and lifting.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
