Job Description

The Concession Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and assign daily work assignments to the food service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Train and guide staff on job duties, food safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
  • Prepare and serve food according to standardized recipes and directions.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and that waste is minimized.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Replenish food items and ensure that product is stocked to appropriate levels.
  • Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring that all interactions with guests, staff, and clients are courteous and respectful.
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role is preferred.
  • Previous food service experience is required.
  • Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
  • Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory is required.
  • Willing to accept change, new procedures, and constructive comments.
  • Ability to establish relationships with guests and co-workers.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes.
  • Demonstrate consistent professionalism in the execution of daily assignments.
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrates excellent guest service skills.
