  • Prepares service locations with adequate staffing and product availability.
  • Ensures proper food storage in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assists team members and management in addressing guest concerns, aiming for timely and positive resolutions.
  • Maintains cleanliness by breaking down, cleaning, and sanitizing work areas.
  • Monitors food and beverage sales projections to ensure locations are sufficiently stocked.
  • Exhibits outstanding customer service and maintains a positive attitude towards guests, clients, and colleagues.
  • Adheres to safety protocols and food sanitation policies set by the organization.
  • Safeguards company assets through diligent oversight.

Qualifications
  • Preferred prior supervisory experience in a relevant field.
  • Required experience in food service operations.
  • Smart Serve certification is mandatory.

  • Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service abilities.

This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
