Role Overview

Your Impact:
You will be tasked with overseeing dining personnel and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for patrons.

As a Concession Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing all food service and dining operations
  2. Leading the recruitment and onboarding of concession staff
  3. Understanding and adhering to all relevant operational standards and protocols
  4. Ensuring compliance with Compass' Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs, as well as applicable regulations
  5. Coordinating staff schedules and training initiatives
  6. Supervising and organizing meal service logistics

About You:

  1. At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food Service or Hospitality sector
  2. A valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent is required
  3. A strong leader, motivator, and mentor
  4. Detail-oriented and a committed team player
  5. Excellent client relationship management skills
  6. Experience in Food and Beverage services is essential
  7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
