Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At HOT STAR LARGE FRIED CHICKEN, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and walking. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, fast food outlet or concession.
