Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at GOURMET CARLETON PLACE INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Team Efforts
Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Manage Daily OperationsDirect and control daily operations, including supervising staff and overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.
Administrative SupportProvide administrative support, including opening and distributing mail, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Technology and Data ManagementManage technology and data, including performing data entry, maintaining and managing digital databases, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Communication and LiaisonLiaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Payroll and AccountingOversee payroll administration, including setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Training and DevelopmentManage training and development strategies, including scheduling and confirming appointments, and conducting performance reviews.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
SkillsExcellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeProficient in accounting software and MS Office.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Personal SuitabilityOrganized, team player, accurate, and accountable.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a restaurant environment.
The work language is English.
