Senior Manager, People Partnerships Lead

We're seeking a Senior Manager, People Partnerships to join our People department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in building an environment where the best people can do amazing work.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of People and Planning Managers, providing guidance and support in executing People strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and business unit heads to understand their needs and challenges, and develop People solutions that drive business success.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
- Understand Jobber's People strategy and utilize it to drive performance through existing people programs and the development and delivery of new people solutions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on complex People issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Drive change management initiatives and organizational development efforts to foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead People projects and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, and performance across the organization.
- Analyze People metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stay connected to the tech sector by providing insights and advice on a rapidly changing competitive landscape.
- Proven experience in People business partnering or People team leadership roles, preferably in a fast-growing tech organization.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and launch new programs company-wide.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into People initiatives and solutions.
- Solid understanding of industry best practices, employment laws, and employee relations.
- Experience in change management, organizational development, and talent management.
- Resilient and persistent in the face of challenges, with the ability to bring innovation to your everyday work.
