Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contractual documents for security bids, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Negotiate contract terms with both new and existing clients, presenting proposals to the executive team for review and approval.
- Maintain a centralized database of all agreements and contracts, meticulously tracking expiration and renewal dates.
- Regularly monitor and report on the status of contractual requirements to the executive team, providing clear and concise updates.
- Review existing contracts for necessary revisions in language or other areas, ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practices.
- Continuously enhance CNL contract regulations to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Explore new business opportunities with current and prospective clients, identifying potential partnerships and growth avenues.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Possess a relevant undergraduate degree from an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Demonstrate prior experience in procurement, with a proven track record of success in contract management.
- Familiarity with Government Contracts is advantageous.
- Background in a similar position within the Security Industry is beneficial.
- Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Possess exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Be eligible to obtain Government of Canada Clearance.
- Maintain a clear police conduct record.
- Hold a valid Driver's license.
