Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Lead Analytical Scientist to join our dynamic team at our research center. This role involves comprehensive planning and execution in collaboration with local and global analytical and product development teams, ensuring compliance with established safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical expertise for stability projects in Personal Care and Home Care, collaborating with global and local teams.
  • Engage with product development scientists and suppliers for raw material qualifications and product specifications.
  • Coordinate with external laboratories for advanced analytical methodologies.
  • Conduct analysis on raw materials, experimental formulations, and finished products, adhering to established laboratory procedures.
  • Oversee method development, validation, and technology transfer to manufacturing facilities.
  • Perform routine analyses using advanced analytical instrumentation in a compliant environment.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of laboratory records.
  • Stay updated on scientific advancements and leverage technical expertise to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Ensure full compliance with product safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Work independently on assigned projects while fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
