About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analytical professionals: Provide guidance, support, and direction to a team of analytical professionals in the development and implementation of laboratory testing procedures and protocols.
  • Develop and implement laboratory testing procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain laboratory testing procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Ensure data integrity: Ensure that all laboratory data is accurate, complete, and reliable, and that all testing procedures are followed correctly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality control, and manufacturing, to ensure that laboratory testing procedures are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and company standards to ensure that laboratory testing procedures are current and compliant.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, such as chemistry or pharmacy.
