We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain advanced data tools and processes to provide actionable recommendations to commercial teams, driving revenue growth and business outcomes.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop scalable solutions that embed data-driven insights into daily decision-making.
- Delivery of Commercial/Financial Results:
- Data-Based Decision Making: Drive approach and behavior change through education and continuous conversations, empowering business leaders to make informed decisions.
- Defining KPIs: Develop and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business strategies and must-win battles, identifying areas of improvement through extensive analysis.
- Supervising Important Metrics and Generating Insights: Deliver clear and actionable insights for sales teams to act on, driving efficiency and execution standards.
- Data Translation and Business Storytelling: Leverage advanced analytics techniques to simplify complex datasets into substantial insights, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with partners at all levels of the organization.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in retail/FMCG/relevant industry, preferably in the area of Data Analytics, Data Translation, and data storytelling.
- Strong Technical Skills: Proficient in R and Python.
- Analytical skills: MS Excel, strong numerical sense, quick in extracting insights from charts; BI/programming knowledge is a plus.
