About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at City Cannabis Co. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demands
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
