Job Title: Chef de Partie

Join the culinary team at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge as a Chef de Partie, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing food preparation, leading a team, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Lead a team of culinary staff to achieve high standards of performance and productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel or restaurant.
  • Valid Journeypersons' papers or equivalent required.
  • Diploma or Certification to a culinary program required.
  • Successful completion of Alberta's Food Handler Certification.
  • Supervisory experience an asset.
