Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Textile Processing Supervisor to join our team at STOBAG NORTH AMERICA CORPORATION. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our textile processing department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Work Environment

As a Textile Processing Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced production environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
