Position Overview

STOBAG NORTH AMERICA CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated Textile Processing Supervisor to oversee our textile production team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the textile industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish effective methods to meet production schedules.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to monitor performance.
  • Recommend strategies to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for production.
  • Supervise and schedule the activities of a team of 16-20 workers, including fabric, fur, and leather cutters, inspectors, sewing machine operators, and textile fibre preparation machine operators.
  • Conduct training for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
Supervisory Scope

The supervisor will oversee a diverse team, ensuring that all members are aligned with the company's objectives and standards.

  • Attention to detail is critical for maintaining quality.
  • Physical capabilities include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
