Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the textile processing department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all materials and supplies are available when needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems as they arise, working with other departments as needed to find solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a textile processing or manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with inventory management and quality control procedures.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: The work environment is a fast-paced textile processing facility with a variety of machinery and equipment.
  • Physical Demands: The physical demands of this role include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a variety of temperatures.
