**Job Summary**

EMETemployment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing semi-monthly payroll, administering benefits, and ensuring adherence to onboarding and offboarding directives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide exceptional HR support to employees, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new and departing employees.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to attract and recruit top talent through various mediums, including job postings and social media.
  • Design and implement performance management measures to drive employee growth and development.
  • Research and identify grant opportunities to support the organization's mission and goals.
  • Work closely with the Chief Culture Officer to develop and implement best practices around organizational culture and wellness.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • HR degree or designation preferred; CHRP certification, etc.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HR system is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Human Relations experience.
  • Preference for non-profit experience.
  • Competency in core areas of HR, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and collaborate with multiple team members.
  • Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of respect, humility, and confidentiality.
