About the Role

Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Advisor to support the Caribbean Organizations for Resilient Environments (CORE) project. The successful candidate will work with the National Conservation Trust Fund of Jamaica to develop strategic directions and priorities through researching and consulting with staff and members to develop a 5 Year Strategic Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct an organizational assessment to identify key areas for improvement
  • Consult with staff and members to develop a 5 Year Strategic Plan
  • Establish a work plan for the strategic planning process
Requirements
  • University degree in organizational development, strategic planning, international development, human rights, gender studies, social work, law, public policy, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational change, change management or strategic planning
  • Experience in providing training and facilitating sessions
  • Experience with government agencies and working with senior management is favored
