About the Role

As a key member of our creative team at Sid Lee, the Art Director - Visual Creative Lead will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspect of our creative products, working closely with copywriters, strategists, and account services to deliver innovative and effective solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present creative concepts and provide art direction for national and international brands
  • Collaborate with creative copywriters and/or ACD, strategists, and account services to deliver high-quality creative products
  • Provide artistic direction for web, print, advertising, photography, motion design, content, and social media
  • Present creative products to clients and develop new creative approaches
  • Contribute to the constant evolution of Sid Lee's creative product through innovative approaches

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role in a creative agency or on the client side
  • Understanding of the creative process
  • Ability to come up with concepts and designs
  • Extensive knowledge of the Adobe suite
  • Knowledge of production processes in related disciplines
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (International collaborators and customers)
