Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Executive to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on complex banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of diversified business clients, understanding their complex banking needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and referral partners to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a broad range of financial solutions, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and wholesale investment advice.
- Conduct financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers and providing expert advice to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and solutions.
- Proven experience in building and leading a successful Commercial or Corporate portfolio, with a strong track record of driving deal execution and origination.
- Highly skilled in financial analysis and credit decisioning, with a deep understanding of cash-flow drivers and complex banking solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities.
