Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Executive to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on complex banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of diversified business clients, understanding their complex banking needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and referral partners to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a broad range of financial solutions, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and wholesale investment advice.
- Conduct financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers and providing expert advice to clients.
- Pride yourself in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.
- Proven experience in successfully building and leading a Commercial or Corporate portfolio, lending above $3m.
- Highly skilled in driving deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions.
- Strong network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities.
- Thrives in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
- Comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers.
