Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking professional to join our team as a Relationship Executive. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on complex banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value business clients, providing tailored banking solutions to meet their complex needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and referral partners to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a broad range of financial solutions, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and wholesale investment advice.
- Conduct financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers to provide informed advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and driving new business through referrals and word-of-mouth.
- Proven experience in commercial banking, with a strong track record of building and leading successful client relationships.
- Highly skilled in driving deal execution, with expertise in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions.
- Strong network and referral partners, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and solutions to clients.
