Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SHREE JALA SERVICES LTD.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring that all details are taken care of.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external partners, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring that all information is easily accessible.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with regular sitting and standing.
