Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SHREE JALA SERVICES LTD.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring that all details are taken care of.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external partners, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring that all information is easily accessible.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with regular sitting and standing.
- Judgement: Ability to make sound judgements and decisions in a timely manner.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accurate: Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Client Focus: Ability to provide excellent customer service, with a focus on meeting client needs and expectations.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, with regular deadlines and tight timelines.
- Accountability: Ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
