Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and driving business growth in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of advisors, client service managers, and business development support staff to achieve financial targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and career development.
- Manage the performance of team members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and NBC's policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in management and coaching of a consulting/business development team.
- Proven track record of business development in the financial industry.
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or equivalent, with 8-10 years of experience, or industry-related university certificate or PUB with 9 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree related to the industry with 5-7 years of experience, or Master's degree with 5 years of experience.
- Be a mutual fund representative (REC) and responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 3-6 months of hiring.
- Proficiency in English (an asset).
