Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our business development team in the personal banking and advisory services division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development and management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business performance and develop strategies to address areas for improvement
