Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at NBC. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and driving business growth in your assigned branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of advisors, client service managers, and business development support staff
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets and drive business growth
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Mobilize the team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and NBC's policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in management and coaching of a consulting/business development team
  • Experience in business development in the financial field
  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and 8-10 years of experience, depending on the level of the position
  • Industry-related university certificate or PUB and 9 years of experience, depending on the level of the position
  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 5-7 years of experience, depending on the level of the position
  • Master's degree and 5 years of experience, depending on the level of the position
  • Be a mutual fund representative (REC)
  • Be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 3-6 months of hiring
  • Proficiency in English (an asset)
