About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Dana Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans and client preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the culinary experience for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless food service and high-quality presentation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar culinary role.
  • Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
