About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Stacked Pancake and Breakfast House. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Food Sourcing and Inventory Management

Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory levels to ensure that our kitchen is always stocked with the freshest ingredients.

Team Leadership and Training

Lead and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service and cuisine.

Quality Control and Assurance

Inspect and taste all dishes to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Cost Control and Efficiency

Manage kitchen costs and ensure that we are operating efficiently to maintain profitability.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role, with a strong background in menu planning, food sourcing, and team leadership.

Language and Communication

Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment and Hours

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
