Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
  • Cash Handling and Administration: Handle cash and credit transactions, and perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook or chef, with a valid Safe Food Handling certificate and other relevant certifications.
