Job Title: On-Premise Account Manager

Declaration Wine & Spirits Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced On-Premise Account Manager to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our brands in the territory, building and growing the business, and fostering long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Present sales presentations and product knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and execute event sponsorships, POS, and product ordering
  • Meet and exceed annual territory budget targets
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of progressive sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field
  • WSET Level II certification required; WSET Level III an asset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and develop as a sales professional
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
