**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced On-Premise Account Manager to join our team in Montreal. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our brands in the territory, building and growing the business, and fostering long-term relationships with customers.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build strong relationships with assigned On-Premise accounts
  • Responsible for the On-Premise brand execution at the market level, including product distribution, price features, and promotions
  • Present fact-based sales presentations to introduce new products and sell existing products
  • Facilitate the execution of all event sponsorships, including POS and event setup, product ordering, and recapping events for future evaluations
  • Deliver and exceed on annual territory budget, including revenue, distribution, and A&P/budget management

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of progressive sales experience, and minimum 2+ years in the beverage alcohol industry
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field from a recognized institution
  • WSET Level II required; WSET Level III an asset
  • Impeccable communication skills, including influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organized with proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and develop as a sales professional
  • Able to work well independently and in a team
  • Achievement/results-oriented
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office
  • Available to travel and attend evening/weekend events as necessary
  • Legally able to sell alcohol beverages
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
