Position Overview:
As a Yard Clerk, reporting directly to the Yard Supervisor, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Exhibit behaviors that align with the vision, mission, values, and safety principles of Federated Co-operatives Limited, making a
positive impact on our members' experiences through a customer-centric approach.

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests across various communication channels.

• Foster strong relationships with team members across the yard, office, and leadership.

• Arrive at work with a positive, professional demeanor and reliability for all scheduled shifts.

• Manage the loading and unloading of products while ensuring the yard remains clean and organized.

• Process orders, receive shipments, deliver and unload products, and conduct inventory counts as required.

• Provide customer carry-out service and assist with product assembly when needed.

• Complete necessary documentation in accordance with departmental standards.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking individuals who are interested in a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service:

• A minimum of a grade 12 education or equivalent experience; prior customer service and home center/building materials experience is advantageous.

• You are honest, dependable, results-driven, and strive for excellence in your work.

• You possess strong organizational skills and can achieve high productivity with minimal supervision.

• You value relationship-building and collaboration to deliver impactful solutions, recognizing the importance of diverse perspectives in achieving common goals.

• You are capable of thriving in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

• Flexibility in your work schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays, is essential.
