Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including training, development, and performance management.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, including maintenance, security, and inventory control, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Brand Standards: Ensure adherence to brand standards, marketing efforts, and customer satisfaction, maintaining a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, delivering solutions and monitoring satisfaction to drive business growth.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales, service, and earnings performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a strong background in operations management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in inventory management, financial analysis, and customer relationship management.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
