Sales Director

Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for the area of Newfoundland, reporting to the Mount Pearl Construction & Forestry location.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales growth and profitability goals by managing inventory, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and key business partners.
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and market share goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Credit Services and VPO of Operations to manage branch account receivables.
- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Assist in the management of branch account receivables.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years' direct work experience in a sales management capacity.
- Experience in the heavy equipment industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong decision-making skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Confident decision-making skills in regards to financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to travel as needed.
