Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Corporate Investigations

Teamrecruiter Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate Investigations team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Investigations team, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and managing calendars.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings, and manage expenses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate investigations setting.
  • Post-secondary degree in business, law, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
