Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our Advisor team, ensuring seamless execution of client account administration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, adhering to internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist in welcoming and onboarding new clients, leveraging your passion for planning to coordinate meetings and prepare materials.
  • Manage incoming communications, updating our team's communication channels as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong skills in working with various business applications and technology.
  • High level of time management and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
