Job Opportunity:

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and advisors, ensuring seamless execution of client account administration, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client account administration, including account opening, maintenance, and resolution of client requests.
  • Maintain existing client accounts, identify opportunities to contact clients, and manage timelines and key dates for accounts.
  • Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring client files and documentation are accurate and compliant.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing understanding and professional service.
  • Assist the advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients, coordinating meetings, and preparing client materials.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to provide proactive client service and effectively manage incoming communications.
  • Update team communication channels, including websites, LinkedIn, and other platforms, to ensure accurate and timely information.

  • Strong skills in working with various business applications and technology.
  • High level of time management and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service, with a professional, warm, and friendly approach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
