About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Technical Support Representative to join our team at MI Consulting3. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for assisting account managers with processing new business and policy changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new business and policy changes efficiently
  • Key and upload new business applications into company portals
  • Prepare and issue insurance binders and certificates of insurance
  • Provide proof of insurance documents and maintain liability slips
  • Support special projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Pull reports as required, including MVR, Auto+, and HITS
Qualifications

A valid RIBO license is required. Experience with company portals is essential, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is an asset. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks are also necessary.
