Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich & Salad. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Food Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare and submit reports, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare budget and cost estimates, and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
