Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1816570 ONTARIO LIMITED. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our food service department.

Supervise and Train Staff

Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that all employees are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Language

English.
