Job Description

Artech LLC is seeking a skilled Technical Support Partner to join our team. As a Technical Support Partner, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Hardware and Software Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer, copier, and scanner problems.
  • IT Asset Management: Manage and maintain IT assets, including computers, monitors, and mobile devices.
  • Software Installation and Support: Install and support software applications, ensuring compliance with Schneider standards.
  • Proactive Health Checks: Perform proactive health checks on IT systems, including printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, and video conference equipment.
  • User Training: Train end-users on how to operate office automation equipment.
  • New Hire Orientation: Provide new hire orientation, including training on IT assets and Schneider policies.
  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Password Management: Manage secure password management for all provided passwords.
  • Network and Application Support: Support access to the corporate network and applications, both on and off the network.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate execution of tasks with guidance from Service Desk representatives or other IT support groups.
  • IT Inventory Management: Manage IT inventory of in-house stock, including moving, sorting, cleaning, and stocking.
  • Project Management: Identify, gain approval, and enter all projects assigned by your manager into project tracker.
  • Regional Support: Assist with different regional projects for designated service locations, acting as a local hand and feet support.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Support Experience: Onsite Support US L2 / NAM L2 / CA L2 / MX L2 / Legacy ticket queue(s).
